Last Friday a bag which contained some amazing moleskin jounals by Rachael McHan was accidentally left on the Western Ave. bus in Chicago. Following is the note she has posted on Facebook. Contact her if you have any leads.

"last friday my roomate was riding the bus from albany park to ukrainian village... her route was from foster to western, then western to augusta. when she got off the bus she realized that she left a bag on the bus by accident that contained at least four of my journals in it.
she flagged down a random person and they chased after the bus and managed to get it to stop. when she got on the bus the driver and passengers informed her that a middle-aged (hispanic?) man had brought the bag to the front of the bus and reported it to the driver. when the driver said to place it back on the seat, he exited the bus, taking the bag with him.
PLEASE HELP ME GET MY JOURNALS BACK. if you have any information please email me, or if you have them in your possession, please email me as possible. i am willing to give a cash reward with their safe return.
I am a visual artist and these journals document the process behind every drawing i have completed this year, along with personal insight and notes from literature I have read, among other things. they wouldnt mean much to other people but they mean the world to me. each journal is labeled with a title (for example: "objects that carry memory") and they each have my name just inside the front cover. the back cover has a pocket that probably contains photos and letters.
THANKS so much for reading and please let me know if you have an information regarding their whereabouts."
